Asean Media visits Royal Cliff Beach Resort and PEACH

Exhibition and convention industry media from ASEAN countries recently visited the multi award-winning Royal Cliff Beach Resort and the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH), a world-class exhibition and convention facility of the Resort, as part of a familiarisation (FAM) trip.
Organised by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and the Trade Exhibition Association (TEA), the FAM trip was aimed at promoting Thailand as ASEAN’s premier exhibition hub.
PEACH, which won the CIM Magazine (Australia)’s Accolade Award in 2001, 2002 and 2005, offers a unique combination of the 5-star Royal Cliff Beach Resort and a world-class, stand alone, multipurpose meeting venue.
The visiting journalists were welcomed by the Royal Cliff Beach Resort Managing Director Mrs. Panga Vathanakul. Later, International Sales & Operations - PEACH Director Mr. Trevor McCartney led the media members in a tour of PEACH and also gave a multimedia presentation of the convention centre.
The visitors were treated to a sumptuous buffet dinner hosted by TCEB and TEA at the picturesque Panorama Restaurant, Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, which offers stunning views of the Gulf of Siam.

Israeli Civic Officials Inspect Royal Cliff Beach Resort

Municipal authorities from Tel Aviv (Israel) recently inspected the multi award-winning Royal Cliff Beach Resort as part of their visit aimed at exploring tourist destinations in Southeast Asia.
The visiting officials included Tel Aviv Municipality Workers’ Council Chairman Mr. Ben-Gal Rami, the municipality’s Personnel Department Head Mr. Katz Amiram and the Council Member Ms. Eilon Sharon. They were assisted by Celebrity Travel & Tours (Bangkok) Marketing Director Mr. Segal Haim.
The Royal Cliff Beach Resort Sales Manager Mr. Shreyash Shah welcomed the visiting officials and led them in the inspection. They stayed at the Royal Cliff Grand & Spa, one of the four 5-star hotels of the Resort.
Mr. Rami, who also heads the Culture, Recreation and Leisure Organisation of Tel Aviv Municipality, said, “Pattaya is an amazing tourist destination for families and honeymooners alike. We are very much impressed by the warm welcome and hospitality extended to us by the Royal Cliff (Beach) Resort. We will definitely promote Pattaya as the destination of choice among our citizens.”
