- How many delegates will attend
- What meal functions will you require, such as welcome reception, daily happy hour cocktail reception, lunches, dinners, farewell dinner gala dinner, lunch packs…..
- Would you require entertainment, such as live bands, shows, welcoming, hostesses, games…
- Do you have any specific IT or audio visual requirements or productions
- If you are an Assoc. do you need our help preparing the bid with or for the local chapter.
- Any other information you could provide us will be useful.
