here has been quite a few developments at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort this year in terms of staff movements. The MICE team has been expanded to better serve and support the demands from our growing MICE business.
To give you am idea of the structure of our MICE team and whom handles what and what they look like, the below will be useful.
The MICE team at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort are divided into 5 sub departments as follow
The International MICE team
The international team will normally handle MICE enquiries of which the group is coming from abroad. In the event that it is a large group and they require the use of PEACH then we will forward the enquiry to our colleagues over at PEACH. The international team assign the handling of enquiries pending on where the group is from. The following are the International team.
Michael Swart – Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing
Oversee all MICE Sales and Events at the Resort
Handle MICE enquiries from : Australasia, Africa, Europe, North & South America as well a international conventions with mix nationality

Srisakun Footrakul – Business Development Manager
Focus on bussiness development and Association research for PEACH. Work cloasely with local Assoc chapters and assist in bidding for events

Artitaya Kaewmark – Sales Manager – MICEHandle MICE enquiries from CIS (Russia etc..) countries, Middle East and Korea

Dassana Wang Wen Heng – Sales Manager – MICE
Handle MICE enquiries from Chinese speaking groups, such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Taiwan

Shreyash Shah - Sales Manager – MICE & Leisure
- Handle MICE & Leisure enquiries from Indian Sub Continent, these include India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka

- Handle al Japanese MICE and Leisure enquiries

The Eastern SeaBoard MICE team
The Eastern Sea Board team is in charge of all enquiries originating out of the local area, basically Chonburi and Rayong province which is a very important zone as it include several large industrial estate.
There are 2 persons working in this zone, namely;

The Events Team
